TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General Terms

By booking or receiving any service from RL Disposal & Rental LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all services including dump trailer rentals, aggregate delivery, and residential snow plowing.

All communication and billing are handled through RL Disposal & Rental LLC.

2. Dump Trailer Rentals

The standard rental period is 24 hours, with options for 48 hours or 72 hours.

Pricing:

- $350 for 24 hours

- $75 per additional day (up to 3 days total)

Each rental includes up to 1 ton (2,000 lbs) of material.

Additional weight is billed at approximately $200 per ton.

Delivery and pickup are included in the base rate.

Rentals longer than 72 hours require approval and an updated quote.

Usage:
The customer is responsible for loading the trailer safely and legally.

The following materials are strictly prohibited:

- Tires of any kind

- Hazardous or flammable materials

- Liquids, paints, or chemicals

- Batteries or electronics

- Appliances containing refrigerants (unless prior approval is given)

The trailer must be accessible for pickup at the agreed time. Blocked or inaccessible pickups may result in an additional service fee.

The customer is responsible for any damage to the trailer or property caused during use.

Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery to receive a full refund.

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to $50 to cover scheduling and transport costs.

Liability:

RL Disposal & Rental LLC is not responsible for driveway or property damage resulting from trailer placement, vehicle access, or weight load.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the drop-off location can safely support the trailer and load.

3. Aggregate Delivery

Aggregate delivery pricing varies based on material type, location, and load weight.

Materials offered include crushed gravel, screened loam, stone dust, crushed stone, and sand.

Delivery includes one drop per order unless otherwise specified.

The customer must confirm drop-off location and ensure accessibility for the delivery vehicle.

Liability:

RL Disposal & Rental LLC is not responsible for damage to lawns, driveways, or surfaces caused by heavy loads or delivery vehicles.

Once materials are delivered, all sales are final.

4. Residential Snow Plowing

Snow plowing is available by seasonal contract or per-visit basis depending on route availability.

Service includes residential driveway plowing only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers must keep driveways free of obstacles (vehicles, trash cans, etc.) to ensure proper service.

Plowing may be delayed during severe weather or hazardous travel conditions.

Liability:

RL Disposal & Rental LLC is not responsible for damage caused by objects hidden under snow (curbs, hoses, landscaping, or gravel).

Customer assumes responsibility for identifying any potential hazards prior to the season start.

5. Payments

Payments for dump trailer rentals are due at the time of booking through the online form.

Aggregate deliveries and snow plowing services may require deposits or full prepayment depending on the service type.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card or other approved options.

Late or Failed Payments:

Unpaid balances may result in suspension of services or additional collection costs.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Dump trailer bookings canceled 24 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund.

Aggregate delivery orders canceled after materials have been loaded for delivery cannot be refunded.

Snow plowing contracts are non-refundable once the season begins.

7. Liability and Damages

RL Disposal & Rental LLC operates with care but cannot guarantee against all property damage due to the weight and movement of heavy equipment. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access for delivery, pickup, and plowing.

RL Disposal & Rental LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service use, scheduling, or delays.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be posted on this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
