By booking or using any service provided by RL Disposal & Rental LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services including dump trailer rentals, aggregate delivery, and residential snow plowing.

1. Service Area

RL Disposal & Rental LLC currently provides dump trailer rental services in:

Chester, NH

Candia, NH

Derry, NH

Auburn, NH

Raymond, NH

Hampstead, NH

Sandown, NH

Service outside these areas may be available upon approval and may require additional delivery charges.

2. Dump Trailer Rental Terms

Rental Period

The standard rental period includes up to 7 days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Rental Pricing

Flat-rate rental: $400

Includes delivery and pickup

Includes up to 1 ton (2,000 lbs) of disposal weight

Additional disposal weight is billed at current landfill rates

Additional Disposal Fees

Certain items require additional disposal fees due to landfill or recycling charges.

Mattress / Box Spring: $40

Air Conditioner / Refrigerator: $25

Television: $15

Propane Tanks / Fire Extinguishers: $8.50

Passenger / Pickup Tires: $12

Printer / Copier / Scanner: $6

Keyboard: $6

Automotive Wet-Vehicle Batteries: $6

These fees are subject to change based on disposal facility pricing.

Prohibited Materials

The following items and materials are strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is provided:

Hazardous waste

Chemicals

Paints or liquids

Flammable materials

Asbestos

Medical waste

Explosives

Toxic materials

Large quantities of concrete, brick, or dirt without approval

If prohibited materials are found, additional charges may apply and service may be refused.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

Loading the trailer safely and evenly

Not overfilling the trailer above side walls

Providing clear access for delivery and pickup

Ensuring the drop location can safely support the trailer weight

Blocked, inaccessible, or overloaded trailers may result in additional service fees.

3. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup times are estimated and may vary due to weather, traffic, scheduling, or road conditions.

Customers must ensure:

Clear driveway access

No parked vehicles blocking placement

Safe conditions for delivery and pickup

RL Disposal & Rental LLC is not responsible for delays caused by unsafe site conditions or restricted access.

4. Property Damage Disclaimer

Dump trailers, delivery trucks, and heavy equipment can place stress on driveways, lawns, and surfaces.

By booking service, the customer acknowledges and accepts the risk of:

Driveway cracking

Surface marking

Lawn damage

Ground settling

Surface scratches or indentations

RL Disposal & Rental LLC is not liable for damage related to:

Trailer placement

Vehicle access

Weight load

Soft ground conditions

Snow or ice conditions

Customers are responsible for confirming that the delivery area is suitable for heavy equipment.

5. Aggregate Delivery

Aggregate delivery pricing varies based on:

Material type

Delivery location

Quantity ordered

Available materials may include:

Mulch

Crushed gravel

Screened loam

Stone dust

Crushed stone

Sand

All deliveries include one drop location unless otherwise agreed upon.

Once material has been delivered, all sales are final.

RL Disposal & Rental LLC is not responsible for property or surface damage caused by material delivery or heavy loads.

6. Residential Snow Plowing

Residential snow plowing services are provided based on route availability and weather conditions.

Services may include:

Residential driveway plowing

Basic clearing of accessible areas

Customers must:

Remove obstacles from driveway areas

Mark hidden objects or hazards before snowfall

Ensure safe access to the property

RL Disposal & Rental LLC is not responsible for damage to:

Unmarked objects

Gravel areas

Landscaping

Hoses

Decorative borders

Hidden surfaces beneath snow

Severe weather conditions may affect timing and route schedules.

7. Payments

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Credit cards

Debit cards

Approved electronic payments

Unpaid balances may result in:

Delayed service

Additional fees

Collection actions if necessary

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Dump Trailer Rentals

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before delivery may qualify for a refund

Same-day cancellations may be subject to scheduling or transport fees

Aggregate Delivery

Orders canceled after materials are loaded or dispatched are non-refundable.

Snow Plowing

Seasonal agreements may be non-refundable once service begins.

9. Limitation of Liability

RL Disposal & Rental LLC is not liable for:

Indirect damages

Incidental damages

Delays caused by weather or road conditions

Scheduling conflicts outside company control

Property issues caused by unsafe or unstable surfaces

Use of services is at the customer’s own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

RL Disposal & Rental LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
